VP - Treasury Solutions
Stephanie joined the Bank Independent family in 2004 and has served as a Personal Banker, Treasury Solutions Specialist, and Treasury Solutions Manager. As Treasury Solutions Officer, Stephanie oversees the bank's Treasury Solutions Sales and Service efforts.

Treasury Solutions Sales Officer
Tammy joined Bank Independent in 2018 after almost 30 years of experience in the banking industry. She loves to help business customers find the right banking products and services for their individual needs by getting to know them and their business. Her focus is on building long-term banking relationships with her customers.
Lori Albright
Treasury Solutions Sales Officer - Shoals
Lori's career at Bank Independent began as a Consumer Real Estate Loan Processor in October of 2018. She became a Team Lead in 2021 before moving to the Treasury Solutions Sales Officer role in January of 2024. As a Treasury Solutions Sales Officer, Lori takes the time to understand each of her business customers and their unique needs. She enjoys tailoring financial solutions to help them reach their goals and build their companies. By providing excellent service she aims to establish lasting partnerships with the businesses she serves.
Lauren Erb
Customer Relationship Specialist
Lauren began her career at Bank Independent as a part-time teller in April 2022. She was promoted to full-time Relationship Banker in October of 2022 before moving to Treasury Solutions in May of 2023. As a Customer Service Specialist, she bridges the gap between clients and their Treasury Solutions Representative. Lauren aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding each client's unique requirements and priorities.
Ben Whitlock
Treasury Solutions Representative – Madison County
Ben began his career at Bank Independent as a Project Management Intern from May 2022- August 2022. He returned to the Bank in Athens for the summer of 2023 where he served as a Sales Office Intern. He was hired full-time in August of 2023 as a Treasury Solutions Representative serving Madison County. He aims to foster lasting partnerships with each client by guiding them through every phase of the treasury process.
Brandon Madison
Customer Relationship Specialist
Brandon began his career at Bank Independent in Loan Processing in 2019. He transitioned to his current role as a Customer Relationship Specialist for Treasury Solutions in 2024. His goal is to provide ongoing customer assistance and support for all Treasury Solutions products and services to our business customers.

Seth began his career at Bank Independent in Loan Processing in 2019. He transitioned to his current role as a Customer Relationship Specialist for Treasury Solutions in 2024. Logan Smith
Treasury Solutions Representative
Logan joined Bank Independent in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. After six months, he advanced to a Relationship Banker role before transitioning to Treasury Solutions in 2024. As a Treasury Solutions Representative, Logan serves as a support specialist for Bank Independent customers. He is dedicated to building relationships with business customers and assisting them with all their banking needs.
