First-time Login Assistance:

If you are new to Sync Treasury, you should have received an Online Enrollment Information email from donotreply@bibank.com which will provide a link for your first-time login. You must use the initial login link from this email to login the first time.

After your first-time login process is complete, subsequent logins can be done from https://www.bibank.com/ or https://www.bibank.com/business simply by clicking the Business button in the login area of the website.

Your Company ID was communicated via email and letter.

Your Login ID will remain the same as your user ID on our previous system, unless you received a letter indicating otherwise.

Sync Treasury users can also access our mobile apps on Google Play or in the App Store.
